Overall I?m pretty pleased with the service that I received. Took in my new vehicle because of a rattling noise that I was experiencing behind the dash as well as a few cosmetic issues and the rattling noise was resolved and for the most part, the cosmetic issues as well.

I worked with Service Advisor - Randall Holder on a suspected A/C issue I was having with my Silverado. Randall got the vehicle to a technician who evaluated the vehicle and was unable to identify any issues with the A/C system. Mr. Holder called me to inform me of the findings and to let me know I could pick up my vehicle. When I went to pick up the truck, imagine my surprise to discover there were no charges for the service. I really appreciate the honesty of the technician and Mr. Holder and will certainly return for my service needs!.

The dealership personnel was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in buying. They were friendly and helpful in the purchase of A vehicle for our college daughter.
I was having intermittent electrical issues with my car as in all electrical components going dead causing car to come to complete stop while driving. These intermittent episodes would happen on Mondays, Weds, and Fridays and the rest of the week car ran just fine, no electrical outages at all. I took my car to Lamb, Pep Boys, Firestone and all said they would need car at least four days to just determine what was going on with my car plus another day or two to repair. I passed on them because I COULD NOT be without my car that long. I thought I'd try one more place before administering my own crude form of electric shock therapy to my car in final, desperate attempt to reverse/eliminate intermittent electrical outage symptoms I took my car to Henna Chevrolet where I was assisted by a young, courteous, gentlemanly, service advisor named Randall who actually listened to what was ailing my car and, after turning over car and keys to Randall, got home that day courtesy of Henna via LYFT. Henna's shuttle driver was unexpectedly delayed and a lady supervisor (sorry, I don't remember her name but works in cashier dept) was exceptionally nice and apologetic about delayed ride home that day. The next day I spoke to Randall who said Henna's mechanics had determined what was ailing my car and by end of same business day had my car fixed and ready to go. Car has been running great ever since, no more electrical outages, no more dark thunderbolt-shooting clouds following my car around Austin anymore. Thank you, Randall, for making speedy repairs turnaround happen! When I'm ready to get a new car, will definitely be from Henna Chevrolet.

Delivery experience was great. Their team spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions about the car's electronic capabilities, and finance and warranty options. Pricing was lower than other dealers. They could have provided a little more communication during the waiting period for the car to be built.
